  2. Lol thanks what she said. OMG I was just watch ANW the other day lol. I made a Arrow workout yesterday and was looking at a lot of Parkour for it. I am disabled in my right are so I do suffer from constant pain and loss motion so my upper body strength isn't the greatest but dang those pull ups look like fun!
