  1. Good information but you forgot about the hand being vertical,!
    After I do the rope extentions I disconnect rope and grap the small Round rubber ball just above the cable connection. Grabbing this ball and encapsulating it with your hand in the vertical thumb up pinky down position let's you totally focus on all three heads bringing the details of each of with slow purposeful reps. Great for bringing out all three heads Best detail finishing exercise

  2. its all about the shoulders – external rotation – I have watched must be 50 vids at least – am totally addicted to his style of explanations, they just get through to me and thats saying something – good all american bloke here – you want these kinds of guys in your regiment – not that Im off to the trenches or anything but just saying.

  3. jeff my name is alex, what kind of exercises can i do for my shoulder. I have a small tear in my rotator cuff. I follow all of your videos and they have helped me out alot. I am 48 years old and l lost of muscle mass since I've hurt my shoulders. I am like jesse in a way a hard gain er. Any good tips so I won't tear it any more thanks. Alex

  5. Dear Jeff, the sole idea of distinguishing "science" from "real world science" is nonsense (and I am pretty sure you know that). Perhaps you need to find out what is the science behind your finding.

  6. Hey Jeff! you should consider making videos that deal with working out legs (and in general) while having problems such as an anterior pelvic tilt or other physical problems. A lot of the time, I notice people on YouTube make how to videos but some people watching them don't have the mobility to do it but don't know that, and just think there's something wrong with them.

  9. im new to this. got bench, straight bar and dumbells. can do biceps and chest fine but wanna work on back and traps. any suggestions?

  12. i m training arms everyday and i m getting stronger day by day adding two or three reps , i go from ten to twenty in a few days , and than i increase the wheight , but i m not getting any size ! is it possible that my nervous system ricovers faster than my protein syntesis ? let me know thanks !

  13. hey guys ineed a sugjestion on a calisthenics/weighttraining split.. im thinking of a push pull leg 6days a week the first 3 days being bodyweight.. idk if thts enough rest even though im spliting up my muscle groups. ineed suggestions. thanks

  14. Hey Jeff, so here's a thing, I have a problem with my chest, i can't feel my chest while doing bar bench or dumbell bench so much as I can feel it when I'm doing cable crossovers etc. Should i focus more on these excerscises ?
