  4. sharpening your knife before use every time with a steel is probably a good idea and then maybe like once a week or every 2 weeks you should check to see if you need to use a whetstone but just be mindful not to take too much material off the blade or you'll end up with a fuckin munted knife xD

  5. please don't hold an onion unsteady like that and chop it. keep it steady and flat against the board so that if you were to not hold the onion, it'll maintain its orientation and not topple and such

  6. Careful to not cut yourself when cutting the onion like that. Try cutting it face down. Excellent job as always
