  2. Just made this. First I have never had Curry Jamaican Chicken, so I have nothing to compare it to. I used 1/2 of the Curry powder (1/4), less than the Cayenne pepper,  (1/8),  less salt & less pepper. Still very salty, but it has a nice flavor. My seitan was more a blob, than in the picture, so I would have liked to see more of the demonstration. I did add carrots. So I liked it, but would recommend only about 1 Tbs salt, not 3-4T, & less garlic, curry powder, pepper, salt & cayenne.
