  1. i dont eat vegetables whole i'd rather have them chopped. If it was served to me like that without chopping i would have asked for my money back.

  3. There are just as many recipes as there are people cooking this, but honestly, this didn't resemble any of the Boeud Bourgionons I've had, nor the recipes you see most of the French cook…

None of the measureing is truly important. see what the dude in the video adds: just eyeball it; cheap meat will get tender cooked this way. use ground pepper and just a pinch of ground allspice. only one to worry about is fishing the bay leaf out as it's tough after even hours of cooking. French country food: there are poor people in franch too who don't have fancy kitchens!
