  1. i realy dont get why people love bacon so much …
    maby i dont use it cuz at my place its not so highly aviable non smoked pork belly is … and salted then aged pork belly

  2. Don't waste your time. I followed the recipe to the word and after five hours it was still undercooked. Total waste of ingredients, time and money.

  3. Dude your recipes are awesome but I would never be able to make them here in brazil because I can't find all those ingredients (specially peppers, mushrooms and other stuff =/)
