  2. At first when I read the title, ok dessert, easy enough for this young sister to handle. Then I saw her cracking the coconut skillfully with a cleaver knife. I was jaw dropping. She did it so easy. All coconut water came out in a second. There are so many way to crack coconut. Her simple way was amazing to me. I'm so proud of these sisters. Many thumbs up for them.
